• Faderal is an ephemeral social network. Posts are designed to be temporary.
• The lifespan of a post is determined by user interactions:
  • "Likes" increase a post's lifespan.
  • "Dislikes" decrease a post's lifespan.
• All posts will be permanently deleted after their lifespan expires, plus a 24-hour grace period.

2. User Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• Neither Federal.com, Esyfy.hu, nor the individuals associated with these entities are responsible for anything you choose to share.
• You agree not to post:
  • Illegal or harmful content.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • Content that infringes on other people's intellectual property.
• Faderal reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. Account Authentication:

• Account authentication is provided by Clerk.com. By using Faderal, you agree to their terms of service.

4. Data Storage:

• User data and post data is stored within the Convex.dev database.

5. Disclaimer:

• Faderal is provided "as is," without any warranties.
• Faderal is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
